PENGARUH PEMAHAMAN, TRUST DAN KETERSEDIAAN FITUR BSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN BERSEDEKAH DENGAN MEKANISME NON-TUNAI PADA GENERASI Z
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of understanding, trust, and availability of Bsi features on the decision to give alms with non-cash mechanisms in Generation Z. This type of study is associative quantitative research with primary data collection through observation and distribution of questionnaires to all members of the Generation Z population. The results of this study are that the variables of understanding trust and availability of features have a simultaneous effect on the decision to give alms with non-cash mechanisms in Generation Z.
