TANTANGAN DAN PELUANG PENGEMBANGAN USAHA BUMDES MARISA NAGAYA DI DESA PORAME KECAMATAN KINOVARO KABUPATEN SIGI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Challenges and Opportunities for Business Development of Bumdes Marisa. This type of study is field research with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that BUMDes Marisa Nagaya faces challenges of limited resources, commercial business competition, monitoring market demand, effective financial management, education and training, business diversification, and community participation. However, it also has opportunities for increased demand, broad market potential, community involvement, product and service diversification, and continuous evaluation and improvement.
